Collection: ATLANTIS LAB

Atlantis Lab is a French loudspeaker maker that hand-builds highly efficient hi-fi speakers with professional Eighteen Sound drivers.

Eric Buy founded the workshop in 1998. Since 2017 it has worked with sound engineers from studio and live sound, and that trio shapes the models: the sobriety of the studio, the efficiency and dynamics of the stage, the fine tuning and cabinet craft of the hi-fi world. The result is loudspeakers with 92 to 101 dB sensitivity that deliver level and body with ease, even on small tube or Class-D amplifiers.

The models at a glance

The bookshelf and floorstanding speakers range from the compact AT13 through AT16, AT18, AT21 and AT23 to the large three-way towers AT31 and AT38. For home cinema and studio there are centre speakers and the coaxial surround AT22, plus the subwoofers AT33 SUB and AT54 SUB and matching accessories such as the AT Stand. Most cabinets have adjustable bass-reflex ports, so you can tune the bass to your room.

Who is Atlantis Lab for?

For anyone who wants dynamics and directness and has no appetite for amplifier monsters. Plain talk: the speakers are passive, so you need an amplifier, and the big models want space. We're happy to discuss which size suits your room and your electronics.
