How HeyLight financing works
Step 1 – Choose your product
Choose the item you want in the shop and add it to your cart. Financing is available for all products from CHF 300.–.
Step 2 – Enter your details in the cart
In the cart you'll find the option «I'd like to pay with HeyLight financing (0% interest)». If you tick this box, we'll need the following from you:
- your date of birth
- the desired number of instalments: 3, 4, 6, 10, 12 or 24 months
- your mobile number
These fields are mandatory – without them, you can't check out with HeyLight financing. But you're just as welcome to give us this information by email, WhatsApp (text only, no calls) or by phone – we'll get in touch with you personally after your order anyway.
Step 3 – Choose your payment method
At checkout, under «Payment method», select the option HeyLight – Financing 0% interest and complete your order. Nothing will be charged at this point yet.
Step 4 – Credit decision
We forward your request to HeyLight. You'll receive the credit decision within 24 hours (on business days) – directly from HeyLight. The purchase contract only comes into effect once there's a positive credit decision and our order confirmation.
Step 5 – Enjoy
Once the credit check is approved, your order is triggered and we'll deliver your new HiFi experience to your home, or you can pick it up at our store in Wädenswil.

The actual monthly instalments depend on the order amount and the term approved by HeyLight. HeyLight's credit terms, which you receive as part of the financing request, are binding.
Frequently asked questions about financing
Who can apply for HeyLight financing?
Financing is open to people resident in Switzerland aged 18 and over. A positive credit decision is a prerequisite for the order.
What documents do I need?
For the request, your date of birth, the desired number of instalments and your mobile number are enough. HeyLight may request additional information as part of the credit check.
What happens to my data?
For the financing request, we send your order and contact details along with your date of birth and the desired term to HeyLight AG, Seefeldstrasse 18, 8008 Zürich. HeyLight checks your creditworthiness on its own responsibility and may obtain information from credit reference agencies for this purpose. HeyLight's own data protection provisions apply in addition. More on this in our Privacy Policy.
How quickly will I get the credit decision?
Usually within 24 hours on business days. In some cases it can be even faster.
Are there really no hidden costs?
Yes – 0% interest means you pay exactly the price of the product, split across your chosen instalments. No processing fees, no surprises.
What happens if my credit application is rejected?
In that case your order won't be triggered and you won't be charged. You can complete the order with a different payment method or contact us directly.
Can I also arrange financing in-store?
Yes. Visit us in Wädenswil – we'll help you fill in the request right there on the spot.
