Grado Hard-Shell Headphone Case Large

The Grado Hard-Shell Case in size Large is the rigid transport protection for the big Grado headphones – HP100, S950 as well as the GS, RS1 and PS models with their bulky housings and G cushions.

Who is the Large size for?

For HP100, S950, GS1000e, GS2000e, GS3000e, RS1e, PS1000e and PS2000 – and so, generally, for the large housings with G cushions. Straight talk: it's oversized for an SR80 or SR325; there, the Medium version is the right choice.

Does a newer Grado model fit too?

Generally, yes. Grado has kept the housing sizes of the large models largely unchanged across generations, so current GS and Signature headphones with G cushions fit as well. What matters is the cushion size, not the year of manufacture. Tell us your model and we'll confirm it quickly for you.

Medium or Large – which do I need?

Rule of thumb: headphones with the large G cushions need Large, anything with S, W, L or flat cushions fits in Medium. So Prestige models, GW100 and Hemp belong in the Medium version, while the large wooden and Signature models belong in this one.
