The Canton Smart Libero Cinema Set is a wireless Dolby Atmos surround set made up of the Smart Soundbar 10 S2 as the front and two Smart Libero as surround speakers, here in silky matte black.

The soundbar connects to the TV via HDMI eARC, decodes Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio, and handles both front channels plus the height layer. You place the two Smart Libero behind the seating position; they connect wirelessly and deliver the rear surround sound. Three devices, three power outlets, not a single speaker cable. Deep bass can be added later with a Canton Smart Sub – also wireless.

Who is the Cinema Set for – straight talk

For anyone who wants surround sound without renovating the flat – and who can do without the last bit of physical bass punch. The soundbar reaches down to 40 Hz, which is enough for series, sport and most movie nights. If you want to feel action films in your gut, go straight for the variant with Smart Sub 8 or add one later. Second honest point: with a high sloped or wooden ceiling, the height channels lack a reflective surface. And the Smart Libero only work within the Canton Smart ecosystem.

What's the difference from the variant with Smart Sub 8?

Do I need an AV receiver or amplifier?

No. The Smart Soundbar 10 S2 is hub, decoder and amplifier in one. The TV connects to the bar via HDMI eARC, three further HDMI inputs take other sources, and the surround speakers connect wirelessly. An AV receiver isn't necessary.

Can I add a subwoofer later?
