Canton Atelier OnWall 11 On-Wall Speaker, White (Unit)

The Canton Atelier OnWall 11 is an on-wall speaker that mounts the flat 3-way sound of the Atelier series visibly on the wall instead of building it in.

Where the InWall 11 disappears into the wall cavity, the OnWall 11 hangs directly in front of the wall on a slim VESA bracket – no cut-out, no building work, just two drill points. The front stays the same: frameless, satin white fabric cover, with the same technology behind it as its big brother.

Why the Atelier OnWall 11?

Because you want the sound of the InWall 11 but can't or aren't allowed to cut into the wall – a rental flat, a concrete wall, or you're simply not yet sure about the position. Two 174 mm Aluminium Titan mid-woofers and two passive radiators pull 32 Hz of extension out of an enclosure that projects less than 10 cm from the wall. The 25 mm aluminium tweeter sits centrally and keeps voices exactly at ear height.

What you hear

Controlled bass instead of a booming wall, clear mids, treble without harshness. As a stereo pair, the OnWall 11 builds a soundstage you'd hardly expect from its flat looks; as a left and right front it complements a home cinema without anyone noticing exactly where the speaker is hanging.

For anyone who wants the look of a built-in speaker but can't or isn't allowed to build one in: rental properties, concrete walls with no lead time, rooms where a move isn't out of the question. Plain talk: anyone already open to a wall cut-out gets the same look, a shade more discreet, with the InWall 11. And the OnWall 11 isn't made for bathrooms or outdoor use either.

No. The OnWall 11 is mounted directly in front of the wall via a VESA-compatible bracket (100 × 100 mm), so you need no cut-out and no access to the wall cavity. Two solid drill points are enough; we'll work out the exact position and cable routing with you beforehand.

What's the difference to the Atelier InWall 11?
