The Vincent SV-737 is the Class A hybrid flagship of the Vincent tubeLine – a powerful integrated amplifier that combines a newly developed tube preamp with a strong transistor power stage, a DAC, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth streaming.
The preamp borrows its circuit principle from the Vincent reference preamp SA-T7 MK, while the power stage is a further-developed version of the proven SV-237 MK. The result: the smoothness of tubes, the power of transistors – and on top of that, the wireless freedom of network streaming. Five tubes, 21 kilos, a connection panel like a mixing desk. Understatement? Not a chance.
Why the Vincent SV-737?
Because it combines tube sound, real power and modern connectivity under one roof. 2 × 180 watts at 8 ohms (2 × 300 watts at 4 ohms) drive even demanding speakers, and the first 10 watts per channel run in pure Class A for fine detail and natural voices.
What makes it special: as the only model in this range, the SV-737 comes with a Wi-Fi module and can be integrated into your home network – streaming from your NAS included. Plus Bluetooth, six RCA and four digital inputs, and a separable pre-/power stage for external sound correction. A true control centre for the occasional vinyl session, digital abundance and everything in between.
What you get
- Class A hybrid flagship: newly developed tube preamp (based on the SA-T7 MK principle), power stage further developed from the SV-237 MK
- 2 × 180 watts at 8 ohms, 2 × 300 watts at 4 ohms – the first 2 × 10 watts in pure Class A
- Wi-Fi module for network streaming (e.g. from your NAS) plus Bluetooth – unique in this Vincent range
- Huge connection panel: 6 × RCA, 2 × optical, 2 × coaxial, main-in, pre-out and rec-out
- Separable pre- and power stage (e.g. for an external DSP for room correction), two speaker pairs
- Massive 21 kg housing, switchable tone controls, remote control included
Who is the Vincent SV-737 suited to?
For demanding listeners who want it all: warm tube sound, ample power reserves and modern streaming connectivity in one high-quality device. If you mix analogue and digital sources and also want to listen wirelessly from your network, you'll find the most versatile Vincent control centre here.
Honestly: the SV-737 is a heavyweight and needs a well-ventilated spot and a sturdy rack. You can only connect a turntable with a built-in or separate phono stage (no phono input), and the tone controls aren't on the remote. If you're after maximum purism without digital extras, the SV-700 is the better fit – if you want power, sound and streaming in one, this is exactly right for you.
Our verdict
The SV-737 is Vincent's exclamation mark: the musicality of a genuine tube preamp, the reserves of a potent power stage, and the everyday freedom of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. An amplifier that masters relaxed music evenings just as well as the full range of a large orchestra. Trade reviews give it very high marks (review at i-fidelity.net).

Frequently asked questions
Can the Vincent SV-737 stream from the network?
Yes. The SV-737 is the only model in this Vincent range with a Wi-Fi module and can be integrated into your home network – so it can play music from a NAS or network storage, for example. There's also a Bluetooth receiver for your phone. That makes it the most flexible control centre in the Vincent integrated amplifier range.
How many sources can I connect?
Quite a few: six analogue RCA high-level inputs, two optical and two coaxial digital inputs, plus Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a main-in. Because the pre- and power stages can be separated, you can even loop in an external DSP for room correction. There's a free input for practically any system.
Which speakers is the SV-737 designed for?
With 2 × 180 watts at 8 ohms and 2 × 300 watts at 4 ohms, the flagship confidently drives even demanding speakers and large rooms. You can connect two speaker pairs (each at least 4 ohms, at least 8 ohms with two pairs connected). Important: it needs a well-ventilated spot – we're happy to advise.
Can I connect a turntable directly?
Not directly – the SV-737 has no phono input. If your turntable has a built-in phono stage, connect it to one of the line inputs; otherwise a separate phono preamp belongs in between. Vincent offers suitable models for this, and we're happy to help you choose.
Why buy the Vincent SV-737 from HD Zürisee?
