The Sonorous Elements EX11-FD is a TV lowboard made of safety glass that keeps your home cinema equipment protected from dust behind an infrared-transparent flap front in white glass.

Why the Elements EX11-FD?

The glass is mitre-cut – the edges are cut at a 45-degree angle and joined cleanly. This kind of workmanship is usually associated with custom carpentry rather than off-the-shelf furniture.

The white glass flap front lets infrared signals through. So you control your receiver, player or console with the flap closed, without having to leave it open. Inside, thoughtful cable management keeps the cable chaos where it bothers no one, the soft-close hinges close the front gently instead of with a bang, and thanks to the modular design the system grows with you as your setup gets bigger.

Do I need to open the glass front to change channels?
No. The white glass is infrared-transparent, so signals from standard remote controls pass through it without issue. Your devices stay invisibly stowed away and yet fully operable – the flap doesn't need to stay open.

How much maintenance does the glass surface need?
Not much. The smooth glass surface is easier to clean than lacquered high-gloss furniture. A microfiber cloth and some glass cleaner are enough to keep it streak-free – depending on the household, about once a week.

Can I put my TV directly on top?
Yes. The safety glass top plate carries up to 50 kg, which is more than enough for the vast majority of current TVs. With very wide devices, just make sure the TV stand sits securely on the plate.
