Quantity

The Rega Nd5 is an MM cartridge with an elliptical stylus profile, which Rega recommends for the Planar 2, Planar 3 and Planar 6.

The Nd5 sits one step above the Nd3 and comes factory-fitted on several Rega turntables – no coincidence, since it hits the balance of resolution, calm and price right in the middle of the MM range. For anyone who wants more than entry-level but doesn't (yet) want to move to moving coil.
