Why the X2t 25th Anniversary?

The heart is the handcrafted Raidho ribbon tweeter – a foil only about 11 microns thin with around 20 milligrams of moving mass, practically resonance-free. Below it, two 13 cm Ceramix drivers with tantalum coating (the "t" in the name) do the work: tantalum stiffens the diaphragm and pushes resonances well upward, drastically lowering distortion. For the anniversary edition, Raidho focused on where it becomes audible: an upgraded, hand-wired crossover with Mundorf components and internal Nordost Norse cabling, plus high-quality Furutech High End connection terminals. Add to that three exclusive burl veneers in high-gloss piano lacquer, a numbered nameplate, and a signed certificate. Coupling happens as on the series model via steel balls in the feet, with no spikes needed.
