Ortofon Stylus 5S Replacement Stylus

The Ortofon Stylus 5S is the matching replacement stylus for the OM 5S and OM 1S – the affordable original solution once the spherical stylus of your cartridge has reached the end of its service life.

Why this replacement stylus?

Instead of replacing the whole cartridge, the OM series lets you swap just the stylus – the Stylus 5S brings back the original, warm sound character of the 5S as soon as the old stylus starts to wear out.

Who it's for (in plain terms)

Exclusively for the OM 5S and OM 1S. If you also want to improve the sound character, take a look at the elliptical Stylus 5E.

Technical Data

• Stylus shape: spherical, R 18 µm
• Compatible with: OM 5S, OM 1S
• Mounting: plug-in stylus replacement, no tools needed
