Why the Stylus Music Black LVB 250?

The LVB 250 is the crown of the series: the same bare Shibata profile as the Black, but on a boron cantilever instead of aluminium. Boron is stiffer and lighter – meaning better impulse response, faster transients and less self-resonance. The designation LVB 250 refers to Ludwig van Beethoven's 250th birthday, for which Ortofon released this edition. Since all Music bodies use the same generator, it fits any model in the series.
