MOON 371 Network Integrated Amplifier, Black

The MOON 371 is a network integrated amplifier from Simaudio that combines amplifier, MiND 2 streamer, DAC, preamplifier and MM/MC phono stage in one chassis, delivering 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms.

Why the MOON 371?

Because it bundles five devices into one chassis – integrated amplifier, streamer, DAC, preamplifier and phono stage – making the equipment tower obsolete. At its core works MDCA technology (MOON Distortion-Cancelling Amplifier), derived from the reference class, which significantly reduces distortion, combined with the hybrid MHP power supply. Into 4 ohms it delivers 200 watts, so it drives more demanding speakers with confidence too. Via the MiND 2 platform you stream from Qobuz, Tidal or Spotify, with Roon Ready and AirPlay included – and the HDMI ARC input brings TV sound cleanly into the system.

What you hear

A clear, dynamic and calm sound with the typical MOON transparency – whether streamed, played from CD or from vinyl. Voices and instruments are cleanly layered in the room, the bass stays controlled even at higher levels. Thanks to the built-in MM/MC phono stage, the turntable plays on the same level as the digital sources.

Who is the 371 for – and who is it not for?

Ideal for anyone who wants a complete high-end system in one device – with streaming, turntable connection and TV integration, but without a cable jungle and stack of components.

Honest take: if you deliberately build your system from separate components and want to swap out each stage individually, a separated pre-/power-amp setup gives you more freedom. And for very large, extremely power-hungry speakers in big rooms, a more powerful power amp may be in order.

Our verdict

A well thought-out all-in-one that replaces almost an entire system without compromising on sound – including phono and HDMI ARC, which is by no means a given in this device class. In Black it looks especially understated. We at HD Zürisee in Wädenswil will tell you honestly whether the 371 suits your speakers and your room.

What the trade press says: Reference class and 5.0 out of 5 stars, awarded "Highend-Tipp" – hifitest 2/2026.
