MOON CRM-4 System Remote Control (Metal)

The MOON CRM-4 is a system remote control made of aluminium for devices in the MOON Compass Collection, operating via infrared and included with, among others, the MOON 371.

Why the CRM-4?

Because a quality system deserves a quality remote control – and because a second remote is handy in everyday use. The CRM-4 controls the functions of your Compass devices via infrared, sits solidly in the hand thanks to its aluminium housing, and is the right replacement or second remote when the original has gone missing or needs to move to another room.

Who is the CRM-4 for – and who isn't it for?

For owners of MOON Compass devices (such as the 371) who want a replacement or second remote control.

Straight talk: for older MOON devices outside the Compass series, the CRM-3 is usually the right choice. We're happy to check whether the CRM-4 fits your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which devices is the MOON CRM-4 for?
For devices in the MOON Compass Collection, such as the MOON 371, which it comes with as standard. It operates via infrared. For older MOON devices outside the Compass series, the CRM-3 is usually the right remote control.

Does the CRM-4 work via infrared or radio?
Via infrared (IR). So there should be a line of sight to the device for operation. If you're looking for a radio-based, rechargeable remote with a display, take a look at the MOON BRM-1.

What's the difference to the CRM-3?
The CRM-4 is the metal remote control of the newer Compass series. The CRM-3 is an infrared remote for many older, IR-capable 2-channel MOON devices. We'll tell you which one belongs with your device.

Why buy the MOON CRM-4 from HD Zürisee?
Because the right remote control has to fit the device. We check compatibility, advise between CRM-4, CRM-3 and BRM-1, and as an authorised MOON dealer in Wädenswil we're there for warranty and service – with our own technician.
