The bFly-Audio Talis Pro is an absorber foot for speakers and devices that combines cork rubber and Sorbothane in two separate layers, supplied as a 4-pack.
It sits in the Talis lineup between the Basic and the larger Elite – hitting exactly the point where decoupling becomes audible without you having to rebuild half your system.
Why the Talis Pro?
On top of the Basic's cork-rubber ring, the Pro adds a disc of the polymer Sorbothane, separated from the cork-rubber ring by a film-like insert (purple). That separation is exactly the trick: each layer works in a different frequency range, and together they cover more ground than a single material could. The body is made of aluminum, with a POM glider insert on the underside.
What you gain
More calm in the sound, more clearly outlined voices, a soundstage that no longer drifts along. The POM glider spreads the vibrations toward the floor and still lets you align the speaker to the millimeter without scratching parquet or tiles. Usable under floorstanding speakers, stands, racks, and subwoofers – anywhere structure-borne noise looks for a way into the floor.
Who is the Talis Pro for – and who is it not for?
Ideal if you have full-sized floorstanding speakers on a springy wood floor and want to get the last bit out of an already well-built chain. Bottom line: on solid concrete without resonance issues, the effect is smaller. And if you're just starting out, the Talis Basic already does very well – it has cork rubber and the POM glider, but no Sorbothane. The step up to the Pro is audible, but subtle, not spectacular.
Our verdict
The Talis Pro is the point where decoupling stops being a matter of faith: two cleanly separated absorber layers, a practical glider, a result you don't have to go looking for. Hand on heart – if your speakers stand on a wood floor and have never been decoupled, you're currently leaving precision on the table. Which size and thread suit your speakers, you can choose right here on the page – or we're happy to work it out with you at HD Zürisee in Wädenswil: a call, an email, or WhatsApp is enough.
What the trade press says: "The Talis Pro already noticeably deliver more calm, contour, and space" – Alfredo Mascia, HiFi-IFAs, 19.07.2026.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the Talis Pro and the Talis Basic?
The Pro has an extra Sorbothane layer. On the Basic, only cork rubber sits above the POM glider; on the Pro, a Sorbothane disc is added, separated by a film-like insert in purple. Two layers cover more ground than one – you hear that mainly as more calm in the midrange.
Which size do I need – M or L?
That's decided by the weight per set. Talis M measures 42 mm in diameter and carries up to 50 kg per set, Talis L measures 55 mm and carries up to 400 kg per set. For normal floorstanding speakers, M is usually enough; heavy giants, racks, or subwoofers take L.
Can I still move the speakers with the Talis Pro mounted?
Yes, that's exactly what the glider is for. The POM insert on the underside spreads the vibrations while still letting the speaker glide instead of digging into the floor. So you can fine-tune alignment without unscrewing the feet again or damaging the flooring.
Which thread do I need, and does a different one cost extra?
Standard is M8, with screws in 15 and 25 mm included in the price. M6, M10, M12, or the fine thread for USM Haller furniture, you choose directly here on the product page, CHF 30 surcharge per set. If your speaker has no thread at all, you simply set the absorbers underneath. That means the Talis Pro covers practically any speaker and any rack.
Why buy the bFly-Audio Talis Pro from HD Zürisee?
Because decoupling has to fit your system, not the brochure. We work out with you whether the Pro really does something for your floor and your speakers, or whether the Basic is enough. Add the right thread and size, advised from years of practice in Wädenswil. Reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Goes well with
The floorstanding speakers the Pro is worth it for are under Floorstanding Speakers; you pair bookshelf speakers with the right Speaker Stands. For electronics there's HiFi Furniture, for the room itself Acoustics – and more absorbers and bases are under Decoupling.
