The Audio Desk Systeme Microfiber Cleaning Rollers 4-Pack contains the four rollers that mechanically lift loosened dirt off the record surface inside the Vinyl Cleaner.

Two rollers per side, all four working at once: while the ultrasonic bath works on the groove, they wipe the surface. This combination of mechanics and ultrasound is the machine's real trick – and it only works as long as the microfiber is still soft and grippy.

Why a fresh roller set?

Microfiber wears out. After many cycles the fibers go flat, pick up less dirt, and put more back into the bath. The result doesn't suddenly get worse, it just quietly slides toward mediocre – and that's exactly the kind of thing that's easy to miss. A new set restores full cleaning power in five minutes.

When is it time to change them?

When the rollers are visibly matted, discolored, or hard. Plain talk: there's no fixed interval – if you mainly wash new pressings, one set lasts a long time; if you run flea-market finds through the machine, considerably less. When in doubt: if they look tired, they are.

How often do you need to replace the cleaning rollers?

There's no fixed interval. What matters is the volume and level of dirt on your records. Matted, discolored, or hardened rollers are the clear signal – at that point the microfiber no longer picks up dirt, it just spreads it around.

Can you replace the rollers one at a time?

We recommend always replacing all four together. They work in pairs on both record sides; one fresh roller next to three worn ones gives an uneven result. That's why they come as a set and not individually.
