Fits any 2M Bronze and 2MR Bronze body. Straight talk: it belongs to the Bronze / Black / Black LVB 250 group – so you can also upgrade your Bronze body with a Black or LVB 250 stylus. The Bronze stylus, however, doesn't belong on Red/Blue bodies; those play in the Red/Blue group.

Yes. It fits the 2M Bronze and the 2MR Bronze (Rega). Within the 2M Bronze / 2M Black / 2M Black LVB 250 group, the styli are interchangeable – so you can also fit the Bronze body with a higher-grade stylus.

Can I upgrade my 2M Bronze with a Black stylus?

Yes. Since Bronze, Black and Black LVB 250 use the same generator, a Stylus 2M Black (nude Shibata) lifts your Bronze body sonically to Black level – by a pure stylus swap, without a new cartridge.

How long does the fine-line stylus last?

Ortofon states around 1,000 playing hours for the 2M series. Clean records and regular, dry brushing from back to front extend its life. If treble detail fades or the sound becomes rougher, the stylus is due – a worn wear part no longer protects your vinyl.
