Advance Paris L-Coax1 Digital Coaxial Cable, 1 m

The Advance Paris L-Coax1 is a digital coaxial cable that connects your CD player, streamer or preamp to the digital input of your amplifier with minimal loss. Pure OCC copper conductor, 75-ohm shielding and solid metal RCA connectors ensure the digital signal arrives cleanly – without jitter penalties or a wobbly contact from the cheap bundled cable.

Why the L-Coax1?

Because a digital signal may only carry "zeros and ones", but the transmission itself still depends on cable quality – impedance jumps and poor shielding create jitter that the DAC has to iron out in the end. Specified at exactly 75 ohms and cleanly built, the L-Coax1 makes that compromise unnecessary in the first place.

Who is the L-Coax1 for?

For anyone who wants to connect a digital coaxial output (CD player, streamer, TV) to a coaxial input – for example on Advance Paris amplifiers from the Classic and APEX series. If you need an optical connection instead of coaxial, the L-OPT is the right choice.

Our verdict

A solid, correctly specified digital cable at a fair price – exactly what a new amplifier or CD player deserves, instead of being fobbed off with the cardboard-box cable.

Frequently asked questions

Does the L-Coax1 fit any amplifier with a coaxial input?

Yes, thanks to the standard RCA connector and 75-ohm specification, the L-Coax1 works on any device with a digital coaxial input or output, regardless of manufacturer.

Do I need coaxial or optical?

Both transmit the same signal; coaxial is considered marginally more stable over longer runs. What matters is which connection your devices offer – if in doubt, we're happy to advise you.
