Focal from France is one of the best-known speaker brands around, developing and manufacturing in-house in Saint-Étienne — including the drivers. Characteristic are the beryllium tweeters: high-resolution, open, with plenty of air. Our focus is on the Aria EVO X, from bookshelf box to floorstander, plus surround and subwoofer for home cinema — demo-ready on Lake Zurich.

Honestly

Focal delivers a detailed, dynamic character that shows recordings unsparingly — for better or worse. Bad recordings sound bad, good ones brilliant. On top of that, the speakers want a clean amplifier and a bit of toe-in. If you prefer things forgiving and smoothed-over, you're better off elsewhere. If you want resolution, there's no getting around Focal.

Not fundamentally — they show honestly what's in the signal. With the right setup and electronics, they come across as open rather than sharp. We'll set that up for you.

Which Aria EVO X fits my room?

Does the SUB 1000F fit my Aria combination?

Yes — it's matched to the Aria EVO X series and specifically fills in the deep bass under bookshelf or smaller floorstanding speakers. We'll set the level on-site at your place.
