The Canton Atelier OnWall 11 is an on-wall speaker that mounts the flat 3-way sound of the Atelier series visibly on the wall instead of building it in.

Where the InWall 11 disappears into the wall cavity, the OnWall 11 hangs directly in front of the wall on a slim VESA mount – no cutout, no construction mess, just two drill points. The front stays the same: frameless, satin-black fabric cover, with the same technology behind it as its big brother.

Why the Atelier OnWall 11?

Because you want the sound of the InWall 11 but can't or aren't allowed to cut into the wall – rented flat, concrete wall, or you're simply not yet sure about the position. Two 174 mm aluminium-titanium mid-woofers and two passive radiators pull 32 Hz of depth out of a cabinet that protrudes less than 10 cm from the wall. The 25 mm aluminium tweeter sits centrally and keeps voices exactly at ear height.

What you hear

Controlled bass instead of wall boom, clear mids, treble without harshness. As a stereo pair, the OnWall 11 builds a soundstage you'd hardly expect from its flat look; as left and right front channels, it completes a home cinema setup without anyone noticing exactly where the speaker is hanging.

For anyone who wants the look of a built-in speaker but can't or isn't allowed to build one in: rented properties, concrete walls without lead time, rooms where a move isn't out of the question. What's the difference to the Atelier InWall 11?

Is the Atelier OnWall 11 sold individually or in pairs?
