Argon Audio DAB Adapter 3, Black (Each)

The Argon Audio DAB Adapter 3 retrofits an existing stereo system, amplifier or active speaker with DAB+ reception – without replacing your current equipment. It connects via RCA or optically (Toslink), with power from the included adapter.

Why the DAB Adapter 3?

If you have a good system or active speaker without its own DAB+ tuner, you don't need to buy a whole new device just for that. The DAB Adapter 3 handles reception and passes the signal on to your existing system in analogue (RCA) or digital-optical (Toslink). The colour LC display shows station and time, and two independent alarm times plus a snooze function also make it usable as an alarm-clock tuner on the nightstand.

Can I connect the DAB Adapter 3 to any system?

Yes, to any system or active speaker with a free RCA or optical input. If your amplifier only has one of these two inputs, we're happy to check beforehand with you so the cable matches.

Do I need Wi-Fi for the DAB Adapter 3?

No. The DAB Adapter 3 receives only DAB and DAB+ via the included antenna – no internet radio, no streaming. If you'd like that as well, the Essentials Radio3 or Stream Connect is a better fit.

Why buy the DAB Adapter 3 from HD Zürisee?
