The WiiM Sound Lite Twin-Pack consists of two active streaming speakers that can be paired into a real stereo pair in the WiiM Home app. In White, it's the variant for bright rooms – technically identical to the black version.

Why the Twin-Pack?

Because stereo wasn't invented out of nostalgia. Two separate speakers, left and right, place voices in the center, instruments beside them, and give the music room to breathe – exactly what a single enclosure physically cannot do, no matter how clever the signal processing.

Bought as a pair, the set is cheaper than two individual units. And because both run over Wi-Fi or network cable, you don't need a speaker cable between them – just two power outlets.

What you'll hear

Each speaker brings a 4-inch long-throw woofer, two 1-inch silk dome tweeters, and 100 watts of peak power. In stereo operation, that produces a mature, cleanly layered sound that comes across as surprisingly assured in living rooms up to around 25 square meters.

RoomFit calibration runs via the smartphone microphone and takes both positions into account. If you want to add depth later, you can pair a WiiM Sub Pro wirelessly.

Who is the Twin-Pack for?

For anyone who wants a full-fledged stereo system but neither a rack nor cable ducting. And for anyone who wants to play two rooms with one speaker each and later combine them – both are possible with the same set.

Plain talk: No AirPlay 2, no remote in the box, no display. And with all due sympathy: a pair of proper bookshelf speakers on a WiiM Amp plays bigger and deeper – but also costs more space, more cable, and usually more money. If you're avoiding that comparison, you should make it all the more; we're happy to help you weigh it up.

Our verdict

The Twin-Pack is the most elegant route to real stereo without visible technology. Two cables into the wall, open the app, done – and yet it sounds like music, not like a device. In White, the pair almost completely disappears on bright sideboards, which is often exactly the point where a system gets accepted in the living room.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pair the two speakers into a stereo pair?

Add both devices to your Wi-Fi, connect them as a stereo pair in the WiiM Home app, and assign left and right respectively. That takes a few minutes and can be undone at any time if you'd rather run the two in separate rooms.

Is the Twin-Pack worth it compared to two individual units?

Yes, the set is cheaper than two Sound Lite units bought individually. In substance, it's the same product in double form – so you simply save money if it's already clear that stereo is what you want.

Can I expand the Twin-Pack with a subwoofer?

Yes. The WiiM Sub Pro can be paired wirelessly over the network and is calibrated together with the two speakers. That produces a 2.1 system that provides the necessary foundation for film sound and electronic music too.

Do I need speaker cable between the two devices?

No. Both speakers are active and communicate with each other over the network. You just need two power outlets. Anyone wanting maximum stability can additionally connect each speaker via network cable – that's not necessary in most homes.
