Who is the Vincent SV-500 MK suited to?

Honestly: it's no powerhouse – for very large rooms or power-hungry speakers, its stronger siblings (SV-237 MK II, SV-700) are the better choice. Does the SV-500 MK have a DAC and Bluetooth?
Yes. A DAC processes digital signals via the coaxial and optical inputs (up to 24-bit/192 kHz), and Bluetooth with aptX HD is on board for your phone. What's missing is Wi-Fi or network streaming – for app streaming, connect a separate streamer to one of the digital inputs.
