Vincent SA-32 AE + SP-332 Hi-Fi Set Silver

The Vincent SA-32 AE / SP-332 Hi-Fi Set combines the limited hybrid preamp SA-32 AE with the powerful hybrid power amp SP-332 – preamp and power amp from a single source, matched in sound. Both units work with a tube input stage and transistor output; the preamp's digital section also integrates streaming and your TV.

Why this set?

Because the preamp and power amp come from the same Vincent PowerLine and share the same sound character: warm, spacious and natural. The SA-32 AE delivers tube warmth and modern connections, the SP-332 the power and control over your speakers – with colour-switchable VU meters that look great too. No break in sound, no matching stress: you just add speakers and a source.

What's in the set

• Vincent SA-32 AE – limited hybrid preamp (2× 12AU7 + 2× E88CC), RCA + XLR, optical, coaxial, HDMI-ARC, Bluetooth (individual price CHF 1,990.–)
• Vincent SP-332 – hybrid stereo power amp, 2× 150 W at 8 ohms / 2× 250 W at 4 ohms, tube input, RCA + XLR, colour-switchable VU meters (individual price CHF 2,290.–)
• Aluminium remote control VRC-14 for the preamp
• Both units in silver – a matching pair, visually and sonically

Who is this set suited for?

For anyone who wants a high-quality preamp/power amp combination without having to hunt down matching components themselves – and who wants to integrate their TV at the same time. Ideal for the living room, where music and TV run through the same system. Honestly: if you just want a small system for a side room, an integrated amplifier is cheaper and more space-saving – this set is built for the big, serious chain.

Our verdict

The SA-32 AE and SP-332 are a well-rehearsed team: the preamp brings fine detail and plenty of connections, the power amp the necessary punch for demanding speakers. Together they form a chain that convinces both in analogue and digital use – and looks really good doing it. Detailed reviews of the combination are available at i-fidelity.net and in lite-magazin. Frequently asked questions

Do the SA-32 AE and SP-332 sound good together?
Yes – both come from Vincent's PowerLine and are matched to each other. Both work on the hybrid principle with a tube input stage and transistor output, so the preamp and power amp share the same sound character: warm, spacious and natural.

Which speakers suit this set?
The SP-332 delivers 2× 150 watts at 8 ohms and 2× 250 watts at 4 ohms – that covers everything from compact bookshelf speakers to large floorstanders. We're happy to match the set to your speakers of choice here in Wädenswil.

Can I connect my TV?
Yes. The SA-32 AE has an HDMI input with ARC – your TV sound then runs through the set instead of the TV speakers. An optical and coaxial input plus Bluetooth are also available.

What else do I need besides the set?
Just a pair of speakers, the right speaker cables and a source of your choice – for example a turntable, CD player or streamer. Preamp, power amp and remote control are already complete in the set.

Why buy this set from HD Zürisee?
