The LG DSC9S is the Dolby Atmos soundbar that LG has tuned, sonically and visually, to match the OLED C6 series – seamlessly integrated via LG Sound Suite, plugged in and connected without a separate app.

The matching companion to the C6 Cinema Screen: same manufacturer, matched looks, one system that plays together.

Why the LG DSC9S?

Because it's developed for the C series: matched visually and technically to the C6, with Dolby Atmos for true 3D sound and the fast connection convenience of a manufacturer bundle. LG Sound Suite keeps TV and soundbar sound under one control – no complicated setup.

What you hear

Room-filling Dolby Atmos sound that completes the C6's cinema experience without any rebuilding. Picture and sound from the same manufacturer, tuned to each other.

Who is the DSC9S suited for – and who isn't it for?

Straight talk: The right choice if you have or are buying an LG OLED C6 and want a matched, uncomplicated sound solution. If you're after the absolute maximum in channels and power, take a look at the DS95TR (9.1.5, 810 W). For the design-matched C6 companion, the DSC9S is the settled choice.

Does the DSC9S also fit the G series?

It can be connected via HDMI eARC to any TV. But it's visually and technically matched to the C6 series – the design-matched companion to the G6 is the DSG10TY.

Our verdict

The matched companion to the OLED C6: Dolby Atmos, easy integration, one system from a single source. At HD Zürisee in Wädenswil, we set up the bar and TV together.

How does the DSC9S differ from the larger DS95TR?

The DSC9S is the slim, design-matched companion to the OLED C6 – simple, integrated, Dolby Atmos. The DS95TR is the large home cinema system with 9.1.5 channels, 810 watts, a subwoofer and rear speakers. In short: DSC9S for the harmonious C6 solution, DS95TR for the uncompromising maximum.
