The LG 55LX7B6LA is a 55-inch 4K Gallery TV with a matte QNED display (anti-glare) and interchangeable frame – the compact version of the design TV that, when switched off, looks like a framed picture. Available from June 2026.

Same concept as the 65-inch in a handier 55 inches: matte display, white frame included, both wall mount and stand included, Gallery art mode.

The matte QNED display doesn't reflect and looks like a canvas; in Gallery mode, the TV shows thousands of licensed artworks via the Gallery+ database (3 months free included). The “Snow White” frame is included, “Warm Wood” optional. webOS 26 brings all the streaming services.

Who is the LX7 (55") suited for – and who isn't it for?

Straight talk: Ideal for bedrooms, dining rooms or smaller living rooms with incoming light, where the TV shouldn't reflect and shouldn't look like technology. The alpha 7 Gen9 is built for art and streaming – for 144 Hz gaming or maximum picture quality, the MRGB88 or the OLED series are the right choice.

What is Gallery mode?

When no film is playing, the LX7 shows artworks and photography via the Gallery+ database – like a digital picture frame. The matte display reinforces the painting-like impression. The first 3 months of Gallery+ are included.

Frequently asked questions

Does the display reflect like a normal TV?

No – the matte QNED display has an anti-glare coating and reflects significantly less than a glossy panel. That's exactly what creates the painting-like impression and helps in bright rooms with windows, where normal TVs reflect. So the picture stays calm even in daylight.

Can I mount the LX7 on the wall or use a stand?

Both are possible – and both are included. The package contains the wall mount as well as a 2-leg stand, so you decide based on your room. For the flush wall-mounted Gallery look, we're happy to mount it on request, as well as the stand on your sideboard.
