No, the SP120 is made exclusively for dry cleaning. The thick padding under the velvet soaks up liquid and only dries out slowly — that eventually starts to smell and spreads more than it lifts on the next use. For wet cleaning, a microfibre cloth is the better choice.

Does the velvet puck generate static charge?
