Behind HD Zürisee there's no call centre and no anonymous online giant, just a small team from Wädenswil that loves music.
Since 1997 we've been advising you personally, honestly and with a good dose of humour – from the first “What actually suits me?” to the fully calibrated system in your living room. Get to know us:
Andy – Owner & Sound Seducer
Andy (on his passport: Andreas Cramer) has been in the Hi-Fi and AV world since 1993 and founded the business in 1997 – trading as HD Zürisee AG since 2008. He looks after sales, the team, your emails and precisely the homepage you're reading right now.
If you have a question about sound, he's your man: he explains High-End so it's fun – not so you feel you have to apologise for your living room. His speciality: turning “I just want to listen to music” into a system that gives you goosebumps.
Judith – Co-owner & Guardian of the Numbers
Judith keeps a firm grip on the finances and bookkeeping at HD Zürisee. Meaning: while the guys geek out about ribbon tweeters and cable gauges, she makes sure that at the end of the month every penny is in the right place.
Without her, the shop might sound like nirvana but fly financially blind. She's the calm constant behind the scenes – and the only one who can fit “balance sheet” and “bass” into the same sentence without breaking a sweat.
Mauri – Technician, Installer & Cable Whisperer
Maurizio – everyone just calls him Mauri – is the hands-on guy: he installs, wires, calibrates and gets your system singing, at your home just as much as in the shop. Wherever there's cable chaos or a device is being stubborn, he's already on his way with the screwdriver.
On the side he advises on sales and keeps the products on this website up to date. His motto could be: there are no problems – only cables that haven't been run yet. 🔧
