Sonoro ATRON Music System, Anthracite Black (Each)

The Sonoro ATRON is a compact 2-way stereo music system with Acoustic Lens, Wi-Fi streaming, internet and digital radio that delivers big room-filling sound in a small footprint, here in Anthracite Black. It's for anyone who wants to feel their music, not just hear it, without sacrificing a whole shelf.

Why the ATRON?

Because it looks after your room if you want it to. Two upward-firing 1.5-inch drivers sit under the Acoustic Lens and spread the sound generously around the room, while two 3-inch side-firing woofers and a 4-inch passive radiator deliver bass that doesn't sound like a compromise. A DSP with bass management, 3D Sound and Directivity Control keeps everything clean, and the Placement EQ adapts the sound to where you put it. Anyone who claims compact automatically means thin is welcome to be corrected.

What you hear and get

A balanced, lively sound for your favourite playlist, a podcast or the evening soundtrack. Sources include FM, DAB+, internet radio and podcasts, plus AirPlay, DLNA/UPnP and Bluetooth LE Audio, which works in both directions. If you use streaming services, you'll find Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect and Deezer; if you don't, radio and your own music will keep you busy anyway. The 4-inch colour display dims automatically, and 99 station presets and a sleep timer (5 to 120 minutes) are on board too. Control it on the device, with the infrared remote or via the sonoro App.

Who is the ATRON for, and who isn't it for?

Ideal for the living room shelf, kitchen, office or bedroom, anywhere space is tight but your standards aren't. Plain talk: the ATRON has no analogue input and no CD player. If you want to connect a turntable or CDs, or expect a big stereo presentation with a subwoofer, you're better off with the Prestige or Meisterstück. For everything digital, though, the ATRON is a very convincing answer.

Our verdict

A small music system with a surprisingly big presence that adapts to the room rather than the other way round. Not sure whether the ATRON suits your home? Frequently asked questions

Does the ATRON play without a streaming subscription?

Yes. DAB+, FM and over 25,000 internet radio stations run without a subscription, plus podcasts and music from your phone via Bluetooth or AirPlay. Streaming services like Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect or Deezer are an option for anyone who uses them anyway.

What do the Acoustic Lens and Placement EQ do?

The Acoustic Lens spreads the sound of the two upward-firing 1.5-inch drivers widely around the room. The Placement EQ adapts the sound to where you put it, for example on a shelf, near a wall or in a corner, so the bass doesn't boom and the mids don't turn thin. The result sounds right anywhere in your home.

Can I network several sonoro devices in my home?

Yes, via sonoro Multiroom, a wired audio-over-IP solution on your local network, with up to 32 compatible systems. According to the manufacturer, the multiroom function is only available from the fourth quarter of 2026. We're happy to advise you on which combination really makes sense in your home.

Does the ATRON have an analogue input or headphone output?

No, the ATRON has no analogue line input. It receives music via Wi-Fi, LAN cable, Bluetooth or AirPlay. You pair headphones wirelessly, since the Bluetooth works in both directions. If you want to connect a CD player or turntable, you're better served by the Sonoro Prestige or Meisterstück.
