It's supplied as a pair including a swivel bracket.

A 10 cm woofer with a waterproof cone provides surprisingly punchy mids and bass, while the 2.5 cm dome delivers clear highs. The housing is drip-, splash- and UV-resistant (IPx3), the metal grille powder-coated. So the sound stays clean even after a few seasons outdoors.

Straight talk

The NS-AW194 is the smallest model in the AW range – it isn't meant for a large terrace or sound coverage over long distances. But it's ideal for background music in a manageable area, in the bathroom, or as a discreet second zone. "Weatherproof" means mounted with protection (e.g. under an eave), not left exposed to constant rain.

Technical overview

Type: 2-way bass reflex, weatherproof (outdoor/indoor)

Woofer: 10 cm (4") waterproof cone

Tweeter: 2.5 cm (1") liquid-cooled, coated dome

Frequency response: 100 Hz – 20 kHz

Power handling: 30 W nominal / 80 W max.

Sensitivity: 85 dB (2.83 V / 1 m)

Impedance: 8 Ω

Weather protection: IPx3 (drip-, splash- and UV-resistant)

Housing: HIPS, powder-coated metal grille

Mounting: U-bracket, 81° swiveling (vertical/horizontal)

Connection: push terminal

Dimensions (W×H×D): 152 × 243 × 171 mm, 1.3 kg each

Package contents: pair including mounting bracket

Color: black

Frequently asked questions
<details>
Can the NS-AW194 be left in constant rain?

It's weatherproof to IPx3, meaning it's protected against drip and splash water.
