The SC-4 comes as single-wire or genuine bi-wire, with solid T8 banana or T8 spade connectors – all ready-made and cleanly terminated. Matching jumpers are also available if you want to bridge bi-wire terminals.

Choose the version and length to match your speakers and amplifiers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What versions of the SC-4 are available?

Four: single-wire with T8 banana connectors, single-wire with T8 spade connectors, genuine bi-wire with banana connectors, and short jumpers with banana connectors for double terminals. Everything comes ready-made and cleanly terminated. Which version suits you depends on your speaker terminal – check whether it has banana sockets or screw clamps for spade connectors.

What does genuine bi-wire mean, and do I need it?

Genuine bi-wire means separate conductor pairs from the amplifier all the way to the speaker – so four connections at the speaker instead of two. This only makes sense if your speaker has a double terminal. If it only has one pair of terminals, go with single-wire – bi-wire simply won't do anything for you in that case.

What lengths is the SC-4 available in?

As a stereo pair in 150, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 750 centimetres; the jumpers come in 10 and 15 centimetres. Measure the path along the wall rather than as the crow flies, and add some extra for the bend behind the speaker. Both channels get the same length.

What are the jumpers for?

They replace the metal bridges that connect the two terminal pairs at the factory on a bi-wire terminal. If you're running single-wire, the entire signal passes through this bridge – a short cable of the same quality is the more consistent solution. We'll quickly clarify how many pieces your terminal needs beforehand.

Why buy the ViaBlue SC-4 from HD Zürisee?

Because the choice between single-wire, bi-wire, banana connector and spade is settled in five minutes of advice instead of two returns. We know the terminals of common speakers and tell you honestly if bi-wire won't help in your case. HD Zürisee in Wädenswil: a call, email or WhatsApp message is all it takes.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0932/3262/8048/files/viablue-sc-4-lautsprecherkabel-cobra-paaransicht.jpg?v=1787061184
