Because some records simply aren't available to stream anywhere - so you make them yourself.

Why the PP 4?

Because it can do two things. First, a clean phono stage for MM and MC cartridges with precise RIAA equalization (±0.3 dB) and a subsonic filter. Second, a built-in A/D converter with USB output (16-bit / 48 kHz) plus a shielded USB cable and a recording level control - letting you transfer records and cassettes to your PC or Mac with low noise. The included VinylStudio Lite software splits tracks and builds a tidy music library.

What you hear / get

Detailed, balanced vinyl sound - and the freedom to preserve your collection.
