loewestellar65dr-alumattvidaa
Loewe Stellar 65 DR+ OLED TV, alu matt (Vidaa)

The Loewe Stellar 65 DR+ is a 65-inch OLED TV with a META panel, a matte aluminium housing, and the Vidaa U9 operating system – big-screen cinema in a clean, calm look for the living room.

Not an interchangeable giant flat-panel, but craftsmanship from Germany: a neatly brushed matte aluminium back panel, tidy cable routing, and the understated Magic Light lighting concept. Developed and manufactured at Loewe's home site.

Why the Loewe Stellar 65 DR+?

Because big OLED picture, a clean design, and a tidy interface come together here. The OLED META panel controls every pixel individually and delivers the deep, light-free black level OLED is known for, factory-calibrated – with 144 Hz for sport and gaming too. The matte aluminium takes reflections out of the room and keeps your eyes on the picture.

What you get

Two full-featured HDMI 2.1 inputs plus two HDMI 2.0b take console, receiver, and source devices. The integrated DR+ recorder with a 1TB SSD records silently and freezes the running programme if guests ring the bell earlier than announced. Add Vidaa U9 with all the major apps on board, plus an active 80W sound system that fills even a larger living room without a separate soundbar – all in a tidy 360° design.

Who is the Stellar 65 DR+ for?

For anyone who wants big OLED cinema in a restrained, matte look with a tidy interface – on the table stand or freestanding in the room. Plain talk: at 65 inches this remains a large, heavy device. If you constantly move it around or want to hang it on a thin plasterboard wall, this isn't for you – the Stellar wants a solid spot or our professional installation.

Our verdict

The Stellar 65 DR+ in alu matt with Vidaa is big, understated everyday cinema: brilliant META picture, clean aluminium design, and a snappy interface. Honestly – understatement that still impresses.

Awarded: EISA "Premium OLED TV 2025–2026" for the stellar 65 dr+, plus the iF Design Award 2024 and Red Dot Design Award for the stellar design.

"Outstanding" – connect, 2025.

Technical data

Display: 65 inches (164 cm) Ultra HD OLED (META), factory-calibrated

Resolution: 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K)

Frame rate: 144 Hz, VRR

HDR: Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG

Sound: active sound system, 80 W, Dolby Atmos

Recorder: 1 TB SSD, integrated DR+ (Timeshift)

Operating system: Loewe os9 (Vidaa U9)

Chassis: Loewe SL892

Connections: 2x HDMI 2.1, 2x HDMI 2.0b (eARC), 4x USB (2x USB-C), LAN, CI+

Wireless: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, Miracast

Tuner: DVB-T2 / DVB-C / DVB-S2 (Dual)

Housing: brushed aluminium, matte; aluminium frame

Finish: alu matt

Dimensions (W x H x D): 1468 x 940 x 275 mm (incl. table stand)

Weight: high inherent weight – professional placement/installation recommended

Warranty: incl. 5-year on-site warranty

Included: Stellar 65 DR+ OLED TV (alu matt), fixed table stand, Stellar remote control, power cable, quick guide

Frequently asked questions

Is the Loewe Stellar 65 DR+ good for gaming?
Yes. If you want true home cinema at this screen size, you can add an Active or MOON solution.
