At this weight, the visco-elastic material needs to be noticeably denser than Level 6, so that it doesn't compress under the high load and the isolating effect is preserved.

Who is the Level 7 Blue for?

Level 7 Blue is designed for speakers weighing 25.1 to 50 kg per foot – so large, heavy floorstanders. For compact or medium-sized speakers, this level is clearly oversized, where Level 6 gives noticeably better damping. Level 7 isn't intended for electronics.

Our verdict

The right choice for heavy floorstanding heavyweights, but not a universal foot for smaller models. If you're not sure of your speakers' weight, clarify it before buying.

Technical data

Colour/level: Blue (Level 7)

Load range per foot: 25.1–50 kg

Material: visco-elastic damping materials of varying density

Application: speakers

Price set of 4: CHF 580.00

Scope of delivery: set of 4 Bassocontinuo Ultra Feet Level 7 Blue

Frequently asked questions

Which speakers is Level 7 Blue intended for?
Level 7 Blue is designed for heavy floorstanding speakers weighing 25.1 to 50 kg per foot. For lighter floorstanders or bookshelf speakers, Level 6 Light Green is the better-fitting, less firm choice.

Is Level 7 also suitable for bookshelf speakers?
Usually not, since bookshelf speakers rarely reach the 25.1 to 50 kg per foot range. For them, Level 6 Light Green or even a lower level is usually the more accurate choice.

Why is Level 7 available only as a set of 4?
Speakers practically always stand on four points, which is why Bassocontinuo documents Level 7 exclusively as a set of 4. A set of 3 would be unusual for this application and isn't offered for this level.

How do I find out my speakers' weight per foot?
The simplest way is via the total weight from the datasheet, divided by four stand points.
