bassocontinuo-maxi-argo-x-carbon-a-v-rack
Bassocontinuo Maxi Argo X Carbon A/V Rack

The Bassocontinuo Maxi Argo X is a triple-width A/V rack made from carbon fibre, offering three levels side by side for extensive home cinema and multichannel setups.

The Maxi Argo X consistently extends the concept of the Argo X: the same carbon monocoque construction, but triple-width and fully modular. The rack can be expanded both horizontally and vertically as a system grows or more devices are added. Decoupling, as throughout the whole Revolution X family, is achieved via visco-elastic materials, available in the Racing Black and Le Mans finishes. As with the Argo X, the 100 mm height option is not available for the Maxi Argo X either.

Who is the Maxi Argo X for?

The Maxi Argo X is aimed at elaborate home cinema or multiroom installations with many devices, where a single or double-width rack simply isn't enough anymore. For a classic two-channel chain it's clearly oversized – there, the Aeon X or Argo X are the more sensible choice.

Our verdict

The Maxi Argo X is the most consistent solution within the Revolution X family for many devices spread across width rather than stacked, on a small footprint. Anyone planning a system like that gets a rack here that grows with them instead of hitting its limits.

Technical data

Type: triple-width, modular A/V rack made from carbon fibre (monocoque, 3 levels side by side)

Dimensions (W × D): 1915 × 585 mm

Structure: solid, stainless steel or copper

Decoupling: visco-elastic materials

Expandability: horizontally and vertically modular expandable

Note: 100 mm height option not available

Racing Black finish, floor module: CHF 10,065 (Silver) / CHF 9,920 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Racing Black finish, H 150 mm: CHF 9,975 (Silver) / CHF 9,715 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Racing Black finish, H 200 mm: CHF 10,105 (Silver) / CHF 9,845 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Racing Black finish, H 250 mm: CHF 10,265 (Silver) / CHF 10,065 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Racing Black finish, H 300 mm: CHF 10,325 (Silver) / CHF 10,210 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Racing Black finish, H 350 mm: CHF 10,525 (Silver) / CHF 10,440 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Le Mans finish, floor module: CHF 11,630 (Silver) / CHF 11,485 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Le Mans finish, H 150 mm: CHF 11,280 (Silver) / CHF 11,165 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Le Mans finish, H 200 mm: CHF 11,515 (Silver) / CHF 11,340 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Le Mans finish, H 250 mm: CHF 11,860 (Silver) / CHF 11,675 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Le Mans finish, H 300 mm: CHF 12,095 (Silver) / CHF 11,830 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Le Mans finish, H 350 mm: CHF 12,440 (Silver) / CHF 12,210 (Lead+Bronze) / on request (Copper)

Scope of delivery: 1x Bassocontinuo Maxi Argo X as configured

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the Maxi Argo X and the Argo X?
The Argo X is double-width with two levels side by side, the Maxi Argo X is triple-width with three levels.
