audio-desk-systeme-luefterabdeckungen-set
Audio Desk Systeme Fan Cover Set

The Audio Desk Systeme Fan Cover Set contains the grilles that cover the fan openings of the Vinyl Cleaner record washing machine.

Behind the grilles sit the two fans that dry the record without contact after the wash cycle. The covers keep dust and foreign objects away from the airflow without slowing down throughput.

Why clean fan covers?

Because drying is only as good as the airflow behind it. If a grille clogs up, the fans have to work against the resistance: the record takes longer, the machine gets warmer, and neither is something electronics appreciate in the long run. A clean or fresh grille costs little and keeps the airflow clear.

Who is the set meant for?

For Vinyl Cleaner owners whose grilles are damaged or missing, and for anyone who wants a spare part on hand. Plain talk: an intact, regularly dusted grille doesn't need replacing – a bent or lost one does.

Our verdict

A small part nobody buys until it's missing – and then it's needed fast. Not a wear part in the strict sense, but a sensible spare. Whether the grille is really your issue, we'll quickly clarify with you at HD Zürisee in Wädenswil.

Technical data

Function: protecting the fan openings from dust and foreign objects

Relates to: the machine's drying fans

Compatible with: Audio Desk Vinyl Cleaner (Premium / Pro / Pro X)

Wear part: no

Included: fan cover set

Frequently asked questions

What are the fan covers for?

They cover the openings of the two drying fans, keeping dust and foreign objects away from the airflow. The airflow itself is preserved – the grilles don't restrict drying, they protect it.

How do you keep the fan covers clean?

With a dry brush or a bit of compressed air from the outside, ideally with the machine switched off. No water, no solvents. If a grille is bent or broken, it's better to replace it than to bend it back.

Why buy the fan cover set at HD Zürisee?

Because we also carry the unobtrusive spare parts that otherwise have to be requested individually from the manufacturer.
