audio-desk-systeme-7-zoll-single-kit
Audio Desk Systeme 7-inch Single Kit

The Audio Desk Systeme 7-inch Single Kit is the adapter set that lets the Vinyl Cleaner record cleaning machine also clean 7-inch singles.

Out of the box, the machine is designed for 12-inch LPs. With the kit you clamp in a single instead – same ultrasonic cleaning, same drying, just in the smaller format. It's fitted in a couple of steps, and needs no tools.

Why the 7-inch kit?

Because singles are often the dirtiest discs on the shelf. They've been played, stacked, lent out and rarely cared for – and that's exactly where ultrasound gets the most out. Without an adapter, this exact part of the collection stays unwashed while the LPs shine. The kit closes that gap for good.

Who is the kit worth it for?

For anyone with a notable single collection – jukebox collectors, DJs, soul and sixties people. Straight talk: if you have five singles in the cupboard, you don't need it; if you own a crate of them, you'll be annoyed you didn't order it right away.

Our verdict

A small addition with a big effect, as long as singles matter to you. Buy it once, use it forever – there's practically no wear here. Not sure if your machine fits? Tell us at HD Zürisee in Wädenswil which model you have, and we'll clear it up in two sentences.

Technical Data

Purpose: cleaning 7-inch singles on the Vinyl Cleaner

Compatible: Audio Desk Vinyl Cleaner (Premium / Pro / Pro X)

Fitting: tool-free

Wear part: no

Included: 7-inch single kit

Frequently asked questions

Do you absolutely need the kit for 7-inch singles?

Yes. Out of the box, the machine is set up for 12-inch LPs; without an adapter, a single can't be clamped in securely. The kit takes over the mount and drive in the smaller format, while the cleaning process stays the same.

Can you fit the 7-inch kit yourself?

Yes, and without any tools. The adapters are fitted in place of the standard mount, after which the machine runs as usual. Switching back to 12-inch takes just as long – so you can swap depending on what stack you're working through.

Why buy the 7-inch single kit from HD Zürisee?

Because we check beforehand whether the kit fits your machine, instead of just sending you a box.
