audio-desk-systeme-10-zoll-kit
Audio Desk Systeme 10-Inch Kit

The Audio Desk Systeme 10-Inch Kit is the adapter set for cleaning 10-inch records on the Vinyl Cleaner record washing machine.

Between the LP and the single sits a format that's easy to forget: the ten-inch. Old jazz pressings, reissues, special editions – with this kit they go through the same ultrasonic cleaning as your LPs. It's fitted in a few simple steps, no tools required.

Why the 10-Inch Kit?

Because 10-inch records are often the oldest discs on the shelf – and therefore the ones that benefit most from a thorough cleaning. Without an adapter, they're left out no matter how good the machine is. The kit turns the LP washer into a machine for your whole collection.

Who's the kit worth it for?

For collectors of older pressings, jazz-leaning collections, and anyone with a collection that's grown over the years. Plain talk: if you only buy modern 12-inch releases, you don't need it. If you're regularly out at record fairs, though, you'll run into this sooner or later.

Our verdict

Not a must-have, but a sensible gap-filler – and a part you buy exactly once. There's practically no wear involved. Not sure if it fits your machine? Tell us your model at HD Zürisee in Wädenswil, and we'll sort it out in two sentences.

Technical data

Purpose: cleaning 10-inch records on the Vinyl Cleaner

Compatible with: Audio Desk Vinyl Cleaner (Premium / Pro / Pro X)

Fitting: tool-free

Wear part: no

Included: 10-Inch Kit

Frequently asked questions

Which record formats can the Vinyl Cleaner clean with adapters?

Straight out of the box, 12-inch LPs. With the 10-Inch Kit, ten-inch records are added, and with the separate 7-Inch Single Kit, singles too. The kits are available independently of each other – so you only add on what actually shows up in your collection.

Can you fit the 10-Inch Kit yourself?

Yes, no tools needed. The adapters replace the standard mount, after which the usual cleaning cycle runs as normal.
