The 803T tubes are an AVM in-house development rated for several tens of thousands of hours of lifespan, so not a wear part you have to replace every few months. If you've never heard the difference live: it's rarely dramatic, but often exactly the touch of warmth you didn't know you were missing.

Technical Data

Function: tube output stage with AVM 803T tubes

Connections: balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA

Tube lifespan: several tens of thousands of operating hours according to the manufacturer

Form factor: plug-in module, tool-free swap according to the manufacturer

Compatible base units: AVM Ovation PA 8.3

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to replace the tubes regularly?
No, the AVM 803T are rated for several tens of thousands of operating hours – with normal listening habits that lasts many years.
